Amoka is a London-based property investment and development firm dedicated to identifying high-value investment opportunities and off-market properties for both domestic and international investors for investments in the UK.

  • Director and Co-founder

    Gurtej Kaur is an Interior Architect, she is specialised in sustainable real estate construction methods and uses her knowledge to advise client’s on how to drive the most value from their properties. Gurtej has worked at the largest three global real estate consultants advising on valuation, project management and marketing.

    Gurtej has worked as an estate agent within the North West London market and has advised clients on all transaction type from providing initial advice on value to the handing over of keys following conveyancing.

    Gurtej will be able to provide you with professional and commercially minded advice on how to drive the most value or comfort from your home. She also has a black book of trusted providers for material and labour who can support you if your property needs something as small as a light redecoration all the way to a complete redevelopment.


  • Director and Co-founder

    Sawan is a Chartered Surveyor, and has worked at some of the world’s largest global real estate consultancies. Sawan has experience in property management of large commercial office units, he has worked within the London commercial agency and investment market specialising in new and upcoming office markets such as Shoreditch and the South Bank. Most recently Sawan has worked on managing transactions for large real estate firms looking to occupy office space across global markets.

    Sawan will aim to bring his experience to solve your specific need whether it be selling, letting or managing your property. Sawan is also a registered valuer under the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveoys and will be able to provide desktop valuations on your commercial and residential properties.
